Majority of our work is going ahead as planned – for now. While Intrax and our valued clients come to terms with the revised restrictions, rest assured we are diligently working behind the scenes to limit disruption.
Intrax Consulting Group invests heavily in empowering our workforce of more than 300 people with digital capabilities to work with the newest technology as it becomes available. To make this happen, our organisation has been developing a working digital platform to help us increase our productivity and collaboration. Collaboration is enabled company-wide via cloud-based tools such as a central ERP, MS Office 365, Box for business, MS Teams, Field Management software and more.
At this time, the full extent of COVID-19’s impact on our economy isn’t yet known. But already, it has become a catalyst for change and innovation. At Intrax, innovation and our drive to exceed our client’s expectations, propel us work smart and hard to keep our client’s business running without delays.
Health and Safety of our staff and reducing the spread of Covid-19 is our number one priority, and we have implemented processes to keep everyone safe. Should our field operations be disrupted, we will coordinate with our clients to minimise any disruption.
Our business practices will continue to evolve, and we will continue to revisit our OH&S procedures to align with Public Health Australia and Government guidelines. Further announcements are likely to occur as more details become available.
Latest update 05/08/2020:
Occupied residential sites will be attended if our clients’ COVID Safe Plan allows for this; similarly works will only be completed if the occupants remain in doors for the duration of our works. We will not attend sites where internal access to the dwelling is required.
Our Victorian lab is reducing capacity to ensure we meet COVID safe work requirements. To offset this reduction, we have increased capacity in NSW to effectively manage workflows.
