Scope of Works
Contains rectification requirements for the reinstatement of a damaged building or structure, including engineering documentation (design and drawings) where necessary.
Engineering Report
Reporting on whether the damage was caused or contributed to by an ‘Event’. The production of an Engineering Report generally necessitates a forensic site investigation, a floor or brick course level survey and a review of documentation and background information.
