Our soil services start with detailed subsurface investigations and site classifications in line with AS 2870. Every bore log, DCP result and probe reading is recorded in our central database. With experience nationwide, we deliver high quality reporting.
Using mechanical drill rigs capable of drilling down to 8m, alongside probes and DCP testing, we accurately map soil profiles. We collect lab samples and conduct on-site compaction checks to confirm earthworks compliance. Survey data like slab heights and AHD links are integrated directly into our geotech models, reducing rework and producing quick turnarounds on reporting.Â
To support structural design loads and durability, we deliver wind-rating reports to AS 4055, detailed wind analyses per AS 1170 and snow-loading assessments tailored to local climate extremes. Corrosive-durability ratings to AS 3700 and salinity testing inform material selection and drainage strategies to mitigate long-term deterioration. BMO and LCA services reduce risk on everything from subdivisions to critical infrastructure. As part of our housing team, we offer true end-to-end services with in-house engineering, cutting costs and speeding up delivery.
