The Intrax Surveying Team worked alongside developer, Ecove Property, and internationally recognised Bates Smart Architects on the Boomerang Tower in Sydney Olympic park. The 39-storey building holds 230 apartments, retail residencies and a 6-green star rating. The structure was meticulously designed in the shape of a boomerang, ensuring all apartments with 100% solar access whilst embracing Sydney’s beautiful city views.
