Heathwood NBN

The Heathwood project was an NBN hybrid project suited to multi-unit development with a central massed block.  This required a horizontal pit and pipe design for the surrounding units and a NBN pathways design for the massed block.

At the Heathwood townhouses, Intrax was responsible for the whole suite of civil engineering services including drainage, sewer, gas and power as well as the creation of the NBN pathway.  Our Civil department was able to collaborate between themselves and Structural to find the most efficient solution and ensure the NBN pathway that best fit the site. This versatility demonstrates the value of Intrax’s end-end offering.
