MJH Multi has been awarded the contract to build 176 Townhouses as part of Stockland’s Elara Community at Marsden Park in the North West Growth Corridor of Sydney. Intrax Consulting Engineers have been awarded the Geotechnical, Surveying, Structural Engineering and Stormwater design for all 176 townhouses of the Elara Estate.
The project has commenced and has been scheduled to finish mid-2018. The project consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom Townhouses as well as freestanding homes and a number of studio apartments.
