Expert Testimony, VCAT, and Legal/Insurance Reports

Where a resolution has not been reached, Intrax can submit a report on behalf of the client. This is used as an impartial independent report outlining comprehensive findings, clarifying any dispute, and providing the arbitrator with enough evidence to allocate liability to the relevant party.

Intrax also provides the scope to attend any dispute hearings on behalf of the client and provide statements pertaining to the cause and recommendations of why dilapidation exists on site, or whether the building has been constructed in accordance with documentation. Our Forensic engineers may also be called to attend hearings as an independent and impartial witness, this is usually done on behalf of the legal counsel of the client and is requested when proceedings have commenced.

This report may also be used as a safeguard when completing new construction which may affect adjoining structures.
