Intrax can provide creative structural solutions to problematic sites including the use of car stackers to maximize car parking layouts. Intrax is also using modern building developments such as AFS wall construction techniques to expedite the construction process of load bearing wall elements using the latest building products technological solutions. In providing the most economical solutions, analysis is performed using the latest finite element structural design software.

Certificate of Compliance - Design

Independent verification of design services are also offered by Intrax Structural. The review of structural designs by a third party independent engineer ensures the detection of design shortcomings prior to the construction of the development. Any design changes, improvements or rectifications proposed by Intrax are advised to the Client in order to achieve an optimum designed solution.

Certificate of Compliance - Inspection

Intrax Structural also provides site supervision services, ensuring that the construction of the development is in accordance with the certified design documents. This provides a degree of confidence to the Client that the developments constructions in accordance with standard building practices.
