Introduction to JobtraxThe team at Intrax pride themselves on client satisfaction and strive to provide clear and concise information at every stage of our involvement in your projects.
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide an innovative service, we have launched the Intrax online job tracking service; otherwise known as Jobtrax.
Jobtrax is an exclusive client portal that streams live information directly from our internal job tracking system to your client login. Information such as job status is now easily accessible 24/7.
If you are an Intrax account client, follow this guide to enable complementary access to Jobtrax. |
Generating a password If you have already had your domain activated and are logging in for the first time you will need to generate an access password.
To do this, enter your email address into the ‘Username’ field above and click ‘Get Password’. Your password will be sent to the email address you are using to logon. Please be aware that for privacy reasons, passwords will only be issued to email addresses using approved Intrax client domains.
If you are a returning Jobtrax user you can reset your current password by entering your email address into the user name field as usual and clicking the ‘Reset Password’ button. A new password will be issued to you by email.
Once you have entered your username and password click ‘Login’.
Passwords will be automatically reset every month. |
